Please read through my policies before booking an appointment with me to avoid any miscommunication. DEPOSITS A $30 non-refundable deposit is required when booking an appointment. This deposit goes towards your total. Once you book your appointment online, you can send your deposit through Venmo or Zelle. My Venmo is in my “payments” highlight. Use random emojis in the caption when sending the deposit. If you prefer Zelle contact me through Instagram and I will send you my phone number. If I do not receive your deposit within 24 hours of you booking, then I am declining your appointment. You have to send a deposit for each appointment you book. For example: if you book two different appointments then you have to send two deposits. PAYMENT I only accept cash at your appointment. Venmo and Zelle are used for deposits. CONFIRMATION Confirmation text messages will be sent 2 days prior from your appointment. Once you confirm I will also send you directions to my house and other information with instructions. COVID/SICK Masks are not required. But if you are feeling sick please let me know so we can reschedule. GUESTS No guests allowed at any appointment. Any guest must wait in the car. INSTAGRAM Whenever a new client books, I search your name on my followers list on Instagram. If I can’t find your name then your appointment gets declined. If you don’t follow me on Instagram or your username isn’t your real name, DM me saying you booked. I need to know who is coming in and out of my house for my own safety. FILLS You must have at least 40% of your previous set remaining for it to be considered a fill. If you have less than 40% remaining then it will be a fullset. Appointments are automatically not considered a fill if it is passed 3 weeks from your last appointment. Even if you have 40% remaining, it will be a fullset since most lashes will be outgrown after 3 weeks. FOREIGN FILLS I do not do foreign fills. If you have lash extensions on from another lash tech then I cannot give you a fill. I only work on my own work. DOGS I have two Bulldogs, but you will not have to interact with them. I keep them away in separate areas of my house. They do shed a lot though so keep this in mind if you’re allergic to dog hair. There will be some dog hair around my house on the floor/carpet. There will never be dog hair on the lash bed and my dogs rarely go into the lash room. I clean my lash room very often, so dog hair in the room will be at a minimum. LATE I have a grace period of 9 minutes. If you still haven’t arrived by 10 minutes then the appointment is cancelled. You have to actually be at my door by 9 minutes, not just starting to pull up. I am super strict on this because every minute counts when doing lashes. RIDES If someone is picking you up, make sure they arrive on time. Unfortunately I cannot let you wait for your ride in my house. I book appointments back to back and need time to clean/set up between clients. But you can wait outside until your ride comes. RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION If you need to reschedule/cancel an appointment let me know 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. The original deposit can be used towards the new rescheduled appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, I will keep your deposit as a cancellation fee. If you want to book a future appointment you will have to send a new deposit. AFTER HOURS Any appointment outside of my regular working hours is considered an after hours appointment. There is an addition fee of $30 for any service you book. You cannot book after hours appointments online yourself. You have to message me and I will book it for you. A deposit is still required. NO SHOWS If you do not show up to your appointment without letting me know you will be banned from booking. PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT - Arrive with clean lashes - No makeup - No guests - Use the restroom before the appointment - Bring your own blanket (I have my own blankets you can use, but if you prefer to use your own feel free to do so) - Wait in your car until I text you to come to the door - Dress comfy and prepare to lay down with your eyes closed for 1.5-3 hours (depending on your set)
